Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our No Refund / Return Policy carefully before making your purchase.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all perfume sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are simply unwanted after purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that once your purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed unless it falls under the conditions outlined below.

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Replacement)

We will gladly replace or refund your item at no extra cost if one of the following applies:

The item arrived damaged or leaking
The item was incorrect (wrong product delivered)
The item is defective, expired, or not as described

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following:

Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
Description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer you a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items that have been opened, sprayed, or used
Products with damaged packaging due to customer handling
Orders where the customer changed their mind after delivery
Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with fragrance preference

Shipping Costs

If your return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. We do not reimburse shipping fees for ineligible return reasons.

Legal Compliance

This policy is compliant with Rwanda's Law No. 036/2012 on Competition and Consumer Protection. Consumers are entitled to refunds or replacements only in cases of product faults or delivery errors.
