At Art of Essence, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Rwanda.

Delivery Timeframe

We offer Free Standard Delivery across Rwanda.

• Orders placed before 2 PM are usually delivered same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM may be delivered within 1–2 working days.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Note: Remote areas may experience slight delays depending on courier availability.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping is 100% free on all orders.

• No minimum order value required.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, our courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
