Born in 1902 under the sun-drenched cliffs of Loulé, Portugal, Antoine Soradora possessed an instinctive reverence for nature—the sea breeze, wild roadside lavender, damp earth, and blooming undergrowth. Driven by an inner calling for the art of scent, he left his homeland in 1920 to build a new destiny in the south of France.

From transforming a modest plot in Provence into a lush botanical Eden to becoming head gardener at a renowned Grasse jasmine estate, Antoine cultivated an intimate mastery of rare botanicals alongside his mentor, Etienne. Entrusted with the keys to their private perfumery workshop, he channeled his passion, discipline, and romantic spirit into creating extraordinary artisanal compositions.

Today, Maison Soradora stands as an independent, prestigious French niche house preserved across four generations. Each extrait de parfum honors Antoine’s courage, emotional depth, and meticulous craftsmanship, capturing rare raw materials in profound balance.
